Ask us to delete everything we hold about you
No account, no form-filling marathon, no charge. Give us the phone number or email the business has for you and we will delete your records and tell you when it is done.

If you only want the messages to stop
You do not need this page for that. Reply stop to any message from the agent and everything ends immediately and permanently — no follow-ups, no other campaign, no exceptions. It works in any language you say it in.
Deleting your data is a separate, stronger step. Use the form below for that.

What happens next
- You get a confirmation code straight away. Keep it — it is how you check progress.
- We confirm the number or address is actually yours. We will not delete on an unverified request, because anyone could type in someone else's number.
- We delete your conversation, your contact details, the answers you gave, and anything the business’s team wrote about you, from every account of ours that holds them.
- It is finished within 30 days, and usually much sooner. You can check the status here at any time.
- Where the business that ran the ad also holds your data in their own systems, we pass your request on to them.

If you are a Zern customer, not a lead
Closing your account deletes everything in it — your leads, their conversations, your settings and your connected channels — after a 30-day grace period, so a closure by mistake can be undone. Start it from Settings inside the product, or write to hello@zern.ai.
You can also shorten how long Zern keeps data without closing anything: retention is 24 months by default and can be set as low as 3 months in your settings. The change applies to data you already hold, not only to new leads.
Other things you can ask for
Deletion is one of several rights the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you. You can also ask what we hold about you, who we shared it with, and to have something corrected. Write to privacy@zern.ai. The privacy policy sets all of them out.
If we get it wrong
This is the named person responsible for data protection complaints.
We reply to every grievance within 30 days, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires.
